An unconventional workout

Though many little girls (and sometimes boys) played with hula hoops during their childhood, it seems that they have been forgotten by many. Hooping can be a great way to tighten up the abs, slim the waste line, get some cardio in, and most importantly have fun! More advanced forms of hula hooping, or hoop dancing can also work the arms and the legs as well.

If you want to put on a light show while you workout, I would recommend getting an LED hoop. They're too fun!
